Houston Mayor On Deregulation

Houston mayor Bill White speaks out about the deregulation of electricity. Mayor White notes that even since the deregulation of the electric industry, only 25 percent of Houston residential energy customers have switched from Relient Energy to a new Retail Electric Provider with lower rates.
